Municipality of Vratsa organized two local training sessions on 13.10.2011 and 07.12.2011

For the first local training there were been invited 33 persons from Municipality of Vratsa, Conurbation municipalities, partner – Chamber of Commerce, stakeholders at municipal, district and national level and 22 journalists of regional level.

The meeting was attended 24 people, media representatives excepted. We had participants from 5 conurbation municipalities. Also we had participants from the Ministry of Regional Development and public works, District Vratsa, stakeholders from Regional Inspectorate of Environment and Water – Vratsa, Water power plants.

We hired a conference room and we assured 2 coffee breaks and one break for lunch for all participants.

The Temporary Acting Mayor of Municipality of Vratsa greeted all participants.

For the second local training there were been invited 39 persons from Municipality of Vratsa, Conurbation municipalities, partner – Chamber of Commerce, stakeholders at municipal, district and national level and 22 journalists of regional level.The meeting was attended 26 people (8 Politicians, 8 Technicians, 8 representatives of Consultancy and 2 representatives of Chamber of commerce), media representatives excepted. We had participants from municipality of Vratsa, 4 conurbation municipalities. Two Mayors, two Deputy Mayors and one Municipality Secretary participated at the event. Also there were stakeholders from Regional Inspectorate of Environment and Water – Vratsa, leading companies in the LED lighting technology, new energy systems and energy efficiency. We hired a conference room and we assured 3 coffee breaks and one break for lunch for all participants.

The Mayor of Municipality of Vratsa greeted all participants.

Municipality of Vratsa carries the surveys of 5 conurbations towns and for Municipality of Vratsa too. We interviewed 15 persons.

Municipality of Vratsa chose 2007 for base year. We started to collect data on energy consumption for

the whole municipality. At the moment we have a data for energy consumption for schools, kindergarten, public lightning and for other building which are municipal property.

We should collect a data for residential buildings.We also help our conurbation towns to collect their

data.

On 17.03.2012 we and our conurbation towns had a working visit from our tutoring city Alba Julia.

1. Municipality of Vratsa organized two local training sessions on 13.10.2011 and 07.12.2011 (WP 2).

A) The first local training has very wide media release. 22 journalist from regional media were been invited and almost of them came to the event. The press-information was published in 12 media: 4 newspapers, 1 local TV media, 6 electronic media and 1 local radio station. The information was published on the web-site of the Municipality of Vratsa too.

The dissemination was held through 4 different ways:1.We translated the necessary presentations in national language.2.Through the official website of the Municipality of Vratsa – We have a

banner for the project activities. There is a press-information about the project.3.We prepared and disseminated a press-information about the project to

all local media.4.We distributed informational leaflets which were printed by the partner

Chamber of commerce at the local training and in the municipal centre for administrative services to citizens (it is in the building of the municipality).

1.We prepared a flyer for all participants;

2.We prepared stickers for folders and for the notebooks, for all participants.

3.We translated the necessary presentations in national language.4.Through the official website of the Municipality of Vratsa – We have a
