Nuisance behavior can negatively impact residents and property owners of all surrounding properties. Nuisance behavior includes: public drinking; loiter-ing in front yards, sidewalks, or streets; using, distrib-uting, and/or selling illegal drugs; prostitution; playing music or conversing loud enough that your neighbors can hear you; and over crowding. If you witness any of these behaviors call 911. Tell the dispatcher if you are calling from a cell phone, so the call can be documented. SWGNA salutes Paul Shaver An unsung hero!

Paul can be seen walking down the 4900 block of Reber Place almost each summer day with a bucket in hand. He tenderly nurses the planters at the east end of block and waters them faith-fully. Paul also recently rounded up some neighbors, together the Large planters located at each end of the 4900 block of Reber Place received much tender loving care. Paul is a man with a gen-tle spirit who is always willing to lend a hand. .....Because gratitude is a memory of the heart, we thank you Paul!
