Ethical eating Indian way • In Indian society, they often use banana leaves to replace dinner plates. • Before and after eating, wash hands with a water jug. • Use fingers to eat. • Relish-dishes placed in a stainless steel container.

• In Chinese society, most of them use chopsticks held vertically. • When eating, the bowl adopted at a comfortable level in order to enjoy a meal with ease. • Normally, a bowl of soup in the lift with the left hand and a soup spoon with the right hand.
