A. billing Browsing problems

• 2 .Make sure that blackberry APN added , GBRS status : None

A . Billing Browsing problem

4- Make sure SIM card number is the same on APN parameter

Specially if CST swapped the SIM

If CST has multi SIM , the SIM card in the APN parameter should be the same which is in the BB device

5- Make sure service matched with provisioning system , send service book educate the customer to remove the battery and restart his device

• just open contact list, then choose invite to BBM

• now user can enter the contact PIN number, or scan the other device barcode Please note Max Number of group is 30 groups

• from BBM open BBM groups, then choose new group

• you can set the group name and description

• You can do HRT , if the problem still exist you can reinstall the BBM

Email Setup we can setup an email using ( device , site or admin site )

From Device OS 5 :

• 1-from the main menu choose setup

• 2-Choose Email settings

• 3Accept the user agreement

• 4 Choose your Email type server

• If you don’t have BB ID you have to create one as the below

• now the Blackberry ID “user Email address” is ready to be setup as Email box, or you can add another email by pressing on set up another email account

• now your Email is ready to be used, just go to the main menu

• enter the device PIN & IMEI , create username and password

• From option , advanced option , enterprise activation

• then choose enterprise activation

• customer will enter his Email address and activation password from IT

• Choose enterprise account , add mail and activation password

BIS Cant integrate mail account

• Just make sure that customer is not subscribed or provisioned in any Chat bundle

• Make sure that customer has Blackberry APN active in INVIEW

• Make sure that customer has 3G or EDEG capital letters

• Try to add the customer email from admin link

• Educate the customer to try to login to his Email account through web

• Then change the Email password and try to add it once again

BIS Cant send Emails

•  Make sure that customer has his Email valid , In case is not valid you have to validate by adding the right password

• Make sure the customer can send from his mail server

• try to add this mail on another BB device and try to send

BIS cant receive emails • Check the customer his mailbox is not full

try to add the mail on another bb device and try to receive make sure that the customer not applied firewall try to delete the mail and re add it again

• If the problem still exist send SR

• First make sure that customer can send normal Email without attachment

• Also make sure that attachment file size doesn’t exceed 6MG to be send

• You can also educate the customer to delete his email account and added it

• then select scan for networks

• then select scan for networks , now you can see the Wi-Fi network
