The angle sleeve guide is a special design for valve pin sealing function. When the gate closed , the angle surface guide the valve pin to close the gate and no strong friction damage in sealing process.
Other company no angle sleeve and easy to get the valve pin wear down in long time processing which will cause the gate with burr and flash defect.

Side gating on visible surfaces.
Demoulding mostly takes place in 90°angle to the gating direction. The shear action is used to achieve a good gating point quality.
Part geometries without possibility of standard gating, suitable for long, slim, tube shaped parts such as syringes, pipettes or sample bulbs in the medical
