SISTEMA PRODUCTO

RESEARCH PROBLEM
According to information accessed in federal and stateentities such as: SIAP SAGARPA and found that SPCCommittee in the state of Hidalgo performs diagnosticsto determine the current status of the system andlocate areas of opportunity, based on these areasstrategies define short, medium and long term for theoperation of that system. However, these strategies arenot set according to SCM approach being that this isdue to their nature.
In this research, we propose the use ofAdvanced Planning Systems (APS) through theplanning matrix supply chain to support thedevelopment of strategies for the operation ofthe System Product Barley (SPC) of the state ofHidalgo , so that they are aligned to thecomplete SC plans and in turn, to the plans ofthe partners.

DE HIDALGO
CONCLUSIONS
From the deficiencies in planning strategies for SPC SC
Hidalgo state by the same Committee, proposes the use of
APS, which is a planning tool that allows hierarchical,
modular integrate the three horizons planning along the SC
in its processes of procurement, production, distribution and
sales.
FUTURE RESEARCH
• As future work, we suggest the development of a softwarearchitecture based on the APS with the particularcharacteristics of agrifood SC allows to perform moreefficiently the tasks that make up the proposed planningmatrix.
• Another proposal is to investigate the suitability of theproduct use in other systems.
• Finally, we propose carry out a study to find some indicatorsof competitiveness of SPC through, in this case the use of theapproach proposed CADIAC.
