DEFINICIÓN:• Conocer a fondo la historia, costumbres y
tradiciones de nuestro país en especial de la Gastronomía ecuatoriana, su influencia en la sociedad y el aporte cultural que esta ha dado a nuestra identidad como país. Además de destacar lo diverso de nuestra producción agraria y pecuaria, situación que ha permitido conseguir la tan famosa y conocida diversidad que se tiene nuestro pais.
BENEFICIOS:• Conocer las diferentes características y
tradiciones que tiene el Ecuador en sus Regiones.
• Demostrar el amor a nuestras costumbres y valorar las maravillas diversas que posee nuestro país.
