LUTHER NAILED IT On the occasion of the 500th anniversary of Martin Luther’s nailing of the 95 Theses, or affirmations of his faith, to the door at the Castle Church in Wittenberg on October 31, 1517, our new sermon series will focus on the “Five Principles of the Protestant Reformation.” These are faith affirmations that Baptists believe strongly and “take for granted” that believers have always held. The sermons will celebrate the courage of Luther and other reformers (including Anabaptists) to challenge wrongly held convictions that contradict Scripture.
