Company Profile & History1997: After over a decade of providing housekeeping and customer service to other providers, ABA began corporate housing in New York City.

1998:ABA becomes a pioneering member of CHPA: Corporate Housing Providers Association.

2000 – 2002: ABA is the first provider to offer luxury corporate housing in Brooklyn Heights and Long Island.

2006: ABA is the first to provide IPOD docking stations as a standard feature in corporate apartments.

2007: ABA became the only corporate housing company that is an ESOP in New York City.

Launches “Going Green” Initiative and becomes first to provide LCD TV’s with HD cable.

2008: ABA expanded its core reach into New Jersey, Westchester, and Connecticut by creating “IDEAL Furnished Housing”

2008 – 2009: ABA & IDEAL rebrands their product to include their now national coverage
