WPRDs Gentle Flow
(All Levels) Yoga Classes Calm Your Mind and Promote Wellness
Gentle Flow classes are designed for people of all levels and
bodies, great for beginners or those seasoned yogi's looking for a
more relaxing class to balance out your practice. Kimberly will guide
you through a gentle flow yoga class designed to promote grounding
and strengthening to help you reach a deepened state of relaxation.
This class will focus on centering the mind with breath work to help
bring the mind to rest and prepare the body for yoga postures.
Primary focus is on gentle stretches and then moving into a light flow
practice to warm and stretch the body.

No class on March 18th or April 1st

We’ll meet on Fridays at 1:00 p.m. at a different location every week. Our March

March 27th Nipmuck Trail—Route 89 to Chaffeeville Road Easy Park at Chaffeeville Road and car pool to trailhead at Southeast School. Approximately 3.9 mile hike.
April 3rd Nipmuck Trail—Chaffeeville Road to Gurleyville Gristmill Easy Park at Gurleyville Gristmill and carpool to trailhead on Chaffeeville Road. Approximately 4.2 mile hike.
April 10th Nipmuck Trail—Gurleyville Gristmill to Rt. 44 Easy Park at Old Turnpike Road and carpool to Gurleyville Gristmill. Approximately 2.3 mile hike.

CAMP DESCRIPTIONS
SPRING AND SUMMER DAY CAMPS The Eastern Connecticut State University Youth Summer and Spring Break Clinics are for boys and girls aged 6-15 of all skill levels. The camps focus on technical skill training. Specifically, dribbling, passing, receiving, shooting and heading will be developed throughout the week. The goal of the camp
will be to teach all of the above in a developmentally appropriate way for each camper. Individualized goal-keeper training will also be available if any campers are interested. Most of all the camps will be FUN!!! Campers will be exposed to college coaches and players as their counselors for the week. Each camper will re-ceive a camp t-shirt and a positive soccer experience that will last a lifetime.
HIGH SCHOOL PREP CAMP This high school camp is set up to lead into the high school athletes preseason. Players can attend individually or as part of a team. Each player will go thru 3 training sessions —over a three day period. Sessions will consist of technical, tactical and fitness training and will be conducted by college coaches. Play-ers will be put into competitive situations designed to make them better all around players and prepare them for the sea-son.
HIGH SCHOOL LEAGUE CLINIC This is a 7 session team
clinic Each session will consist of technical and tactical instruc-tion and an 8v8 game vs. other high school teams. Games and training sessions will be coached by college coaches and play-ers.
