LinkedIn allows you to download your clients’ contact information into a Excel file which you can use for mass email distribution or to add to other contact/prospecting lists.

You can also request recommendations from previous clients to help prospective clients learn about you and the service level you provide.

1. Click on 'Contacts' in the left navigational area of your home page.

2. Click on 'Export Connections' found at the bottom of that page.

3. Enter the text you see in the security image.

4. Click on 'Export'.

5. On the next page make sure that 'Microsoft Outlook (.csv File)' is selected from the drop down menu and then click on 'Export'.

Facebook: Import/Export Your Facebook: Import/Export Your Existing Contact Lists Existing Contact Lists

Facebook allows you to easily upload your current contact lists from Outlook, gmail, and other software.

Once uploaded it will identify existing users that you can easily connect with - or you can send an email to the remaining contacts inviting them to join and connect with you.

1. Click on ‘Friends' in the top menu bar of your home page.

2. Click on ‘Find Friends’ on the left navigation bar.

3. Click on ‘Upload Contact File’.

4. Choose import from Outlook or Upload a contact file.

5. This will allow you to browse other email contacts (i.e., gmail) or browse to upload other contact files (such as your LinkedIn exported file)

• Victor Marshall & I posted our listing and open house via postlets.com which allowed us to also post to:

−Trulia.com, Zillow.com, Craigslist.com, Facebook.com, etc.

• I also used MyPunchbowl.com to send invites to individual prospects and agents

• All of the above are free!• I also sent 250 standard color mailers

to a target area through i-mail (at minimal cost).

• As a result of posting the listing, we had a total of 10 groups come into our open house.

• I always ask guests how they heard about the open house. One couple said they saw it on Trulia.com.

• At the time, they were just beginning their home search so we set an appointment for a buyer consultation.

We are working with them now. They are also trying to take advantage of the first time homebuyer tax credit!
