STUD DOG CLASSFor Stud Dog and two, but not more than 4, of their Get. Owner of Stud dog need not be necessarily the owner of the Get. Stud dog only to be judged based on the merits of the Get. Competition of the Get in regular or non-regular class (other than Stud Dog) is required. Fee $5.00 as a unit if Stud Dog and Get are entered in regular class. If Stud Dog is not entered in a class of the show then a fee of $15.00 is required.

BROOD BITCH CLASSFor Brood Bitch and two, but not more than 4, of their Produce. Owner of Brood Bitch need not be necessarily the owner of the Produce. Brood Bitch only to be judged based on the merits of the Produce. Competition of the Produce in regular or non-regular class (other than Brood Bitch) is required. Fee $5.00 as a unit if Brood Bitch and Produce are entered in regular class. If Brood Bitch is not entered in a class of the show then a fee of $15.00 is required.

PARADE OF VETERANSThis event is for Dogs and Bitches 7 years or older. Veterans may not be allowed to compete in any of the regular or non-regular classes. Each entrant will receive an inscribed Rosette Sash. Entry Fee is $12.00

PARADE OF RESCUEThis event is open to all Afghans, over 6 months of age, who have been adopted through

an Afghan Rescue Organization or are available for adoption through such an organization. Please advise and encourage others you might know who have rescued Afghans to be part of this parade. Entrants should bring a brief write-up to the ring. There is no fee to enter this parade.

SWEEPSTAKESAll Afghan hounds except Champions of record who are 6 months of age and not over 18 months of age on the day of the show are eligible to compete. All entries in the Sweepstakes Classes MUST be entered in a regular class. Entry of Sweepstakes is $12.00. Dogs must be entered in one of the regular classes, with “sweepstakes” marked in the additional classes space of the entry form. Prize money paid in the ring, to the handler.

ERRORS ON ENTRY BLANK: Owners are responsible for errors in making out entry forms whoever may make such errors and no entry fee will be refunded in event of such errors or cancellations of entries after the published closing date.

NO REFUND FOR DUPLICATE ENTRIES: We will make every effort to find all duplicate entries but if a dog has been processed, no refund will be made.

CONSULT JUDGING PROGRAM FOR TIME OF JUDGING: Dogs may arrive any time prior to their scheduled time of judging. Dogs not required for further judging will be excused. Judges will not wait for any dog holding up the class. Owners or agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging ring when their classes are called to be judged. The show giving club has no obligations or responsibility for providing service through public address systems, stewards, or runners for the purpose of calling or locating dogs that are not brought into the ring as required.

ALL DOGS PRESENT: must be held on leash or confined in their crates except when being judged or when in the exercise ring.

CLASS CASH PRIZES: Will be paid in the ring to the person showing the dog. Claims for prize money must be made in the ring before the judging of that breed is over and the Show Secretary advised at once. The Show giving Club may disclaim any liability for cash prizes after the judging of the breed is over.

THE SHOW COMMITTEE/CLUB: will use due care and diligence for the welfare of dogs and exhibitors, but will not be responsible for, nor assume any liability in the event of an accident or misfortune to either dogs or exhibitors participating in this event.

NO GASOLINE OR DIESEL GENERATORS: are permitted inside the building or within 100 feet of any tent or pavilion in which the dog show is conducted.
