• Different installation may have different level / types of risks

• Pre-planning to ensure smooth execution of mission

• Initiated and formalized in Dec 2006 to replace the previous CD Response Card

• Vital information pertaining to fire fighting and rescue for installations

• As of June 2010, close to 8000 PED have been completed
