•Average monthly premium is $250 x 12=Commission*
•Percentage of payout is determined by your personal contract level, goes from 30% to 83%
•Reserve 19% as the generation override
•Extra 4% goes to companywide monthly bonus pool
•Pick up a check for $250 – get paid based on $3,000
•Commissions are paid to you by the insurance company**
