Chauvet Cave PaintingsLocated in Southern France, the paintings
found in Chauvet cave are the oldest ever found. They were painted
approximately 30,000 years ago. There are hundreds of paintings
found throughout the cave depicting at least 13 different species
of animals.

humans begin to farm. This transition from Hunting and Gathering to
Farming is known as, The Neolithic Revolution!
