Santa Rosa Boulevard Intersection Option A, B, C or D(please check one of these options)

Because of the bridge replacement height, the replacement bridge will not be able to touch down at the current location on Santa Rosa Boulevard (but can at Perry Avenue). The intersection at Santa Rosa Boulevard will need to be reconfigured. Which intersection option do you prefer?

Option A: Option A is a new signalized intersection located approximately 500 feet to the east of the existing intersection. A connector roadway on the south side of U.S. 98 would be used to provide access to Santa Rosa Boulevard. The relocated signalized intersection on US 98 would be approximately 20 feet higher than existing conditions.

Option B: Option B is a new signalized intersection approximately 500 feet to the east of the existing intersection. A connector roadway on the north side of U.S. 98 would be used to provide access to Santa Rosa Boulevard. The relocated signalized intersection on U.S. 98 would be approximately 20 feet higher than existing conditions.

Option C: Option C eliminates the existing signal and relocates the intersection approximately 500 feet to the east. Connector roadways would be used on the north and south of U.S. 98 to provide access to Santa Rosa Boulevard. The relocated intersection on U.S. 98 would be approximately 20 feet higher than existing conditions.

Option D: Option D eliminates the existing signal and relocates the intersection approximately 500 feet to the east. Connector roadways would be used on the north and south sides of U.S. 98 to provide access to Santa Rosa Boulevard. The Emerald Coast Convention Center rear driveway would be consolidated with the north Santa Rosa Boulevard connector roadway. The relocated intersection on U.S. 98 would be approximately 20 feet higher than existing conditions.
