Cover Screw

The Ritter Spiral Implant provides strength, stability and ease of surgical insertion with a flexible, easy to understand

prosthetic system. Through the use of our Ritter Surgical Kit, composed of a 3-in-1 initial drill and length specific drills,

we have streamlined the surgical site preparation and reduced osteotomy prep time. Ritter’s unique built-in platform

shift and straight forward prosthetics allow for simple laboratory communication and case planning. Together, Ritter’s

precision and innovation ensures predictable quality results.

Strength: Industry Standard Grade 5 Titanium (Ti6AL4V) Titanium Alloy for high strength

Surface: Roughened surface enhances bone contact and stability

SB/LA - Grit blasted / Large Particle Acid Etched Macro surface of 20-40 microns and a Micro surface of approximately 2 microns

Connection: Prosthetically compatible standard lead-in bevel hex thread connection

Platform Shifting: Standard Abutments fit across all regular platforms 3.75mm, 4.2mm, 5mm & 6mm

Narrow Abutments fit across both narrow platforms 3.0mm & 3.3mm

Tapered Body: Increases initial stability, increases speed of insertion, while avoiding adjacent roots

Dual Cutting Edge: Enhances self-tapping and increases ease of insertion

Micro Threads: Reduces crestal bone stress preventing loss of marginal bone and increases BIC (Bone to Implant Contact)

Progressive Threads: Eases stress points in the bone, produces higher bone compression with higher BIC in softer bone

Mountless Delivery System: The SB/LA Spiral Implant is protected by sealed packaging with two sterile tubes. The implant is fixed on a titanium shaft and can be easily removed using the motor mount or by using the mounting hand tool, and applying slight lateral pressure. The implant includes the cover screw.

The Original RI-Quadro Spiral Implant (QSI) System

Ritter Implant systems are manufactured using an industry

standard Grade 5 Titanium (Ti6AL4V) for enhanced strength

and utilizes a roughened surface prepared with well

documented SB/LA surface preparation for exceptional bone

and soft tissue response.

The QSI Implant has a tapered body that comes on a spring

loaded carrier. The QSI utilizes the same compatible Lead-in

Bevel Hex Thread connection and platform shifting abutments

as the SB/LA Spiral Implant System.

Micro-GroovesAdds greater surface area & reduces crestal

bone stress preventing loss of marginal bone

& increases bone to implant contact

Place PUT Abutment with flat side facing the buccal side and hand tighten with 1.29 hex tool.

1.

Torque to 35 Nt/Cm, wait 5 minutes and re-tighten to 35 Nt/Cm.

2.

3. Place PUP-CA on PUT Abutment, aligning flat interior of PUP-CA with the flat of the PUT Abutment (which should be facing the buccal). Press downward until you feel the parts snap into place.

4. Place impression tray over components until cured and remove impression.

5. The PUP-CA will remain in the impression.

7. Place the TC-PUT on PUT Abutment until final restoration is delivered. (Alternatively, a temporary crown may be placed directly on the PUT Abutment.)

8. Original PUT Abutment is ready for final restoration.

6. Send impression along with the appropriate abutment analog to lab for your final crown.

To accelerate graft reconstitution, submerge the Matrix OI®FlexIT in luke warm water or saline for 10-30 minutes andmanipulate periodically, especially for larger size grafts. Graftpliability may occur sooner than 10-30 minutes.
