1. Machining Process Purpose Assembly, computer operated machining ensures production of consistently high quality components to precision tolerances. All valve parts machined have been under the control of a comprehensive quality assurance system and details drawings. Especially, MCT & CNC machining work cells have been created in the machine shop to reduce the manufacturing time and improve the quality through decreasing employees involved and empower continual investment in manufacturing hardware such as the latest CNC machining equipment, research laboratories and testing facilities and ensures that UNIFLO products are the best available. UNIFLO is equipped with a state of the art and complete set of machines necessary to the complete in-house manufacturing of equipment in our range of production.

Inspection & Test UNIFLO is fully equipped with all necessary device to assure a perfect inspection of all part manufactured before shipment according to the customer’s specific requirement and special testing such as low temperature can also be performed and the equipment for inspections covers components and finished products both.
