The pre-insulated pipe system has been developed continuously and used widely on all sides of the industry while substituting for traditional insulation methods.
The pre-insulated pipes which are composed of the carrier pipe, polyurethane foam and HDPE jacket as a main elements, are manufactured under factory-controlled conditions, so that this system may ensure high standard quality level.
Combining each expertise and experience, PEM Korea has cooperated closely with DAEKYUNG EN-ERTECH Co.,Ltd. and P&C KOREA Co.,Ltd. to meet the customer's needs and requirements.
PEM Korea pre-insulated pipe system can be characterized as follows, Various carrier pipes and polyurethane foam insulation are used to transport of liquids and gases with temperatures ranging from -200°C to 250°C.HDPE Jacket pipe makes secure a waterproof, durability and UV-resistance of pre-insulated pipe. Computer-controlled electric fusion welding joints ensure a completely watertight pipe system.

PEM Korea pre-insulated pipes are insulated with polyurethane foam which hasextremely low heat conductivity, the best insulation commercially available on the market.Exceptionally effective insulation that complies with most stringent international standards, provides with excellent thermal insulation for customer.
The pre-insulated pipe systems provide excellent durability as well as complete thermal integrity throughout their minimum 50 years of service life. As combining with PEM Eletric Fusion Welding Joints, this system is completely connected and behave as one unit.Every single component is designed and tested to ensure corresponding durability in accordance with EN253, EN448, EN488, EN489 with high quality from factory to site.
WATERTIGHT AND CHEMICAL RESISTANCE
PEM Korea pre-insulated pipe system protects carrier pipe against external corrosion, that is to say, it provides100% waterproof insulation.For the property of HDPE jacket has exceptional resistance to any intrusion of salt, chemistry and ultra-violet, there is no need for painting, coating or any other anti-corrosion of the service pipe.

EXCELLENT THERMAL INSULATION EASY INSTALLATION
The Electric Fusion Welding System of PEM is the most perfect and secure method for joining pre-insulated pipes.The EFW System is performed by welding machine equipped with an automatic control software, which ensures the best welding installation with automatic control of welding temperature and time.Using HDPE spacer and supporter, the EFW System has simplified welding installation process and reduced installation time to a minimum. it provides economic and reliable pipe system to customs.With its advantage as open type, PEM EFW System is not only easy to install extra large pipe but also easy to maintain or repair pipelines in any operating condition.
