12. GREEN BELT DEVELOPMENT
Unit has already developed greenbelt area in 5399 Sq m within plant premises. There
are shrubs and trees developed in the greenbelt area. 21.6 % of the total plot area is
earmarked for green cover and open space development in the existing facility.
Suitable plant species of local varieties will be planted with adequate spacing and
density for their fast growth and survival.
13. STROM WATER MANAGEMENT
Surface drainage has designed based on the maximum rainfall intensity prevalent in the
area. All the building has been provided with a plinth protection all round, sloped
towards the side drain. The storm water collection system has designed in such a
manner so that clean storm water from garden, parking areas, roadways and lawns.
14. Conclusion
Looking at the present market scenario, it is concluded that the project is not only feasible and viable, but it will also increase the employment Opportunity in future.
