INTRODUCTIONThis project is based on the ICO online & offlinemodule. The main objective of developing this moduleis to mechanize all the transaction of theadvertisement & accounts unit. To computerize theMarketing & Account section we are trying to makethis project.

In this project there are various sub modules:-Imported Cars OnlineImported Cars offline

This project as a Marketing, Advertisement, & Account module can be further used in anyorganization.

CONCEPTThe project entitled IMPORTED CARS ONLINE & OFFLINESYSTEM is done to make the manual process easier by makingit a computerized system for billing and maintaining data. Alldetails of customers & cars are stored in a database. Based onthis the reports of Invoice & Quotation are made simple andeasier.

FEATURESIt keeps the personal information of every customer & cars.Through this Management can generate report and get information of eachcustomer & cars.The data has to be Stored in files manually therefore a lot of space is requiredfor storing the data. But this system helps reduce redundancy.This system is made with number of resources and contains many moduleswhich not only decrease paper work but will provide user to work in new

environment and with new platform.Haphazard keeping of records make task more complex. In manual system,all records are arranged in file which can be misplaced and chances of loss of data. But computerized system keeps data in safe mode and too in asystematic manner.In Security point of view the data are kept unaltered unless authorized bythe user. Only the user should have the permission to alter, otherwise datacan be kept under an eye and up to date.Easily finding of records with complete information makes the works easyand less time consuming.

ADVANTAGES OF MS ACCESSMicrosoft-ACCESS is a Database use as a Back end tool for thisSystem. Database is a collection of information thats related to a

particular subject or purpose, such as tracking customer orders or maintaining a music collection. If our database isnt stored on acomputer or only parts of it are installed. We may be trackinginformation from a variety of sources that we have to coordinate andorganize ourselves.For example, the personal form Teachers address is stored in variouslocations in the form containing address in salary information fileand in the job information containing job details of Teachers. If Teacher addresses changes we might have to update in all the places

and the Teacher address is automatically updated wherever we use itin the database.
