THE GOODNESS STORY.OUR INTEGRATED PROCESS.

Our integrated approach encompasses almost all aspects on the dairy industry

value chain, right from engaging with farmers on cattle health and milk production, cattle

feed supply, and procuring only the best quality of raw milk. The collected raw milk is

tested through specialized automated machines post which it is transported to

production facilities at Shrirampur and Navi Mumbai.

- One of our key initiatives is ‘Prabhat Mahavistaar’, it aims to improve our procurement process. We have 250 Bulk Milk Coolers under

this initiative to deliver high quality of milk. Use of BMC's a modern way of preserving milk in a hygienic manner with its nutrients.

- The Nirmal Dhara Dairy Development Project was launched to create a stronger farming community with around 1000+ households

right from its inception.

- Prabhat Dairy Quality Mission aims to procure milk which is natural, fresh, unadulterated and free from foreign materials. While giving

remunerative prices to milk producers with technical inputs and services to enhance their productivity. Considering the importance

of milk in the food processing industries, here we are making a genuine e�ort to provide technologies to increase the quotient of

quality with 20 Chilling Plants. Milk Chilling is the most essential step in making the milk fit for human consumption.

- Prabhat Dairy has started the initiative ‘Fodder Management Programme’ with an aim to boost the dairy farming business in the

drought a�ected areas of Maharashtra by reducing the production cost and increasing their profits.

- It is the quality of milk that determines the level of goodness it provides. And it is no secret that the journey of good quality milk

begins with healthy and happy cows. Our Cows are fed with high quality feed that is filled with nutrients like vitamins, minerals,

proteins, fats and carbohydrates. The cows also undergo timely medical check-ups to maintain a healthy fat and SNF percentage in

milk.

The basic objective of conducting the camp is to gain an understanding of the general livestock health status, breeding status, management practices and prevalent diseases/problems in the area so that livestock related interventions could be taken up systematically.

P R A BHAT SANJEEVAN YOJANAThe main objective of this scheme is to improve the profitability of the dairy farm by reducing the feeding cost by rationalizing the

feeding practices & improving the quantity and quality (mainly SNF) of the milk through the ration balancing and also by using feed supplements and mineral mixtures.

BHARATIYA AGRO INDUSTRIES FOUNDATION (BAIF)We have collaborated with BAIF, a 50 year old NGO from Maharashtra, for providing high quality cattle breeding services in the

milk sheds of Prabhat Dairy. Company has 50 Artificial Insemination (AI) centres to produce improved and high-yielding varieties of cattle.

FEMALE CALF REARING PROGRAMThe main objective of Female Calf Rearing Program is to enhance milk production per animal by bringing improved F1-generation

in milk.

PRABHAT SHETKARI SUVIDHA KENDRAPrabhat Dairy has started Prabhat Shetkari Suvidha Kendra in which all inputs like cattle feed, fodder seed, mineral mixture,

milking machine, cha� cutter, preventive health care medicines, silage bags etc will be provided. More than 20 Suvidha Kendras are operating successfully.

At the centre of our integrated process are our milk processing plants.

As of today, we possess two large automated production facilities with

advanced equipments at Shrirampur and Navi Mumbai in Maharashtra.

These plants have an aggregate milk processing capacity of 1.5 million

litres per day.
