ManagementAntenatal

glucocorticoids (steroids)

Surfactant replacement therapy

Empiric antibiotic therapy

Thermoregulation

Avoid hypoxemia and acidosisPaO2 50-70mmHg

Optimize fluid management

Reduce metabolic demands

Minimize lung injuryCPAPVt 4-5ml/kgPEEP
