Convert video clip to MP4 using Video Slimmer appAccess your Google account using Google Drive app

Upload your converted video clip to your Google account by touching the + icon on the upper right hand sideTo share:

Touch the gray i button on the right, thenTouch the + next to the Who Has Access bar.

Enter the email address of the person with whom you wish to share.  Using a Mac computer

Set the video resolution to something smaller, perhaps 720x480. Convert your video to MP4

Access your Google accountUpload converted video to Google Drive

Share with whoever you wish
