How the resources are Using

There is separate record file for each teacher and itsupdated regularly

There are separate lockers to keep, financial records,students records, teachers records etc

All the files are arranged in systematic mannerSeparate cup board to keep class records and

attendance

1 Clark and 8 peons are there to do administrativework

Special staff is assign for printing

All the printing and typing works are done in printingroom with their staffs

y Teachers require to get prior permission from deputy

principal if they want any quality imputes, othermaterials and if they want print any hand out

yAll the test papers typing and printing works are doneby printing room. Teachers are require to submit the

hard copy of paper in hand writingy Teaching and learning materials are provided to the

teachers in schedule manner, and if they requiredmore they have to get permission from deputyprincipal

y Play ground and assembly hall are used for musical

shows, sports meet, social gathering etc

y Mostly private schools, pre-schools and other

organization in the area are using the facilitiesy Can be used only week ends and school holidays

y In order to get the resources they are required to fill a

form and deposit fixed amount of money

y Rules, regulation and condition for using the

resources are provided along with permission

y if any damage is caused, money is deducted from

fixed deposit and balance is refunded

y Daily rent for Hall and play ground is Rs 5000/

y School properties are not lending to use out sideschool premises

y Political parties are not allowed to use any schoolproperty

y Provide facilities such as fax, internet, phone etc
