Conclusion

Statistical analyses showed no significant difference between the expression of Hypoxia Inducible Factor (HIF) 1-α on the degree of differentiation in colorectal cancer tumors with p = 0.081.

Positive expression of HIF-1-α most founded in moderate and poor differentiation with each totaling 3 slides.
