Help make salaries more open and

transparent within our discipline.

There is a black box around what

we made and this hurts all of us.

By making salaries more

transparent, we can all make sure

we’re paid what we’re worth based

on our experience and knowledge.

This was a self-reporting survey done

online. The survey data wasn’t looked

over by a compensation or data

analysis.

I did this survey to help understand

what our industry is paying us and

how much we might be leaving on the

table. I cleaned up all the data myself.
