• Developed an interactive means for all corporate employees to learn about the company through a treasure hunt website. This website featured various questions about the organization which employees were asked to discover information

Project Assignments$750 million biologics manufacturing facility for Bristol Myers Squibb. Phase I of the project includes four main buildings: a BioPharma manufacturing facility, a central utility building, an administrative/quality research laboratory and a warehouse/storage structure.

Project consists of installation of Stainless Steel cabinetry, epoxy countertops as well as enamel coated laboratory cabinets and fume hoods into a laboratory environment.

Managed a constant crew of 15 carpenters, time sheets, union payroll, client communication, invoicing and billing, plan reading, estimating and schedule forecasting.

Hospital Millwork Install

• Ten month, multi-level, 14 carpenter installation of hospital millwork.
