On-The-Job Training Grant• Max Funding/Employer: $37,500/PY

• Max Funding/Employee: $7,500

• Max Reimbursement:

-51 or more: Up to 50%

• Min/Max Hourly Wage: $11.26 ($20.11)

• OJT Period: 140 - 480 Hrs. (4-12 wks.)

Professional Development Training Grant

The Professional Development Training Program is an employer-focused grant initiative that reimburses employers for up to 50% of their direct

training costs related to providing skills upgrade training to their current employees.

• Max Reimbursement: Up to 50%• Hourly Wage/Salary: $28.47 ($59,218)• Training Period: 90 days

Florida Flex • Florida Flex - State administered program that provides

funding to selected businesses to train their new, full-time employees. A business pays for pre-approved, direct training-related costs, and is reimbursed by the State of Florida.

• QRT- Quick Response Training– Provides grant funding for skills-based curriculum development and

training, through partial reimbursement, to new or expanding businesses in Florida’s targeted industries (qualified targeted industries).

– The QRT program provides grant funding for customized, skills-based industries with exportable goods or services and wages of 125 percent above state or local wages

• IWT- Incumbent Worker Training– The program will provide reimbursement grants to businesses that pay for

preapproved, direct, training- related costs. – Companies may receive a reimbursement rate up to 50% or 75%

Dynamic Futures Work Experience• CSCR assists out-of-school young adults ages (16-24) in

Gadsden, Leon and Wakulla by providing a quality work experience to participants that will prepare them to acquire the skills and knowledge needed to obtain and maintain employment
