Project is fully funded by U.S. Government

USACE shall afford the Non-federal sponsor (DOTD/ SLFPAE) the opportunity to review and comment on all aspects of the project

Non-federal sponsor responsibilities: Provide all non-federal government lands Secure commandeering order(s) (if available) to all private lands Operate, maintain, repair, rehabilitate, replace project

Hold and save the Government free from damages
