1. All cancellations must be in writing and shall not be

considered accepted until confirmed by the publisher.

Cancellations or changes on orders will not be accepted

after advertising closing date. Copy changes must be

received by deadline day or the previous ad will run.

2. Ad changes or cancellations after the space deadline will be

billed at the full rate.

3. Every effort will be made to accommodate special position

request. However, the publisher reserves the right to deter-

mine final ad placement

The publisher reserves the right to refuse any advertising and

shall not be liable for damages if for any reason they fail to pub-

lish the advertisement. The publisher is not responsible for any

errors, key numbers or other type set by the advertiser. The

publisher reserves the right to place the word “advertisement”

or “advertorial” with copy that, in their opinion, resembles edi-

torial matter.

Advertising rates are subject to change. The publishers will

protect contract advertisers’ rates for 90 days following the

institution of new rates. All advertisements are accepted and

published by the publisher upon the representation that the

agency and/or advertiser are authorized to publish the entire

contents and subject matter thereof in consideration of the

publisher’s acceptance of such advertisements for publication,

the agency and/or advertiser will indemnify and save the pub-
