Tool CaddyDon’t be caught at the track or on the trail without the right tools. Those little tool kits that come with your machine just don’t cut it. The Tool Caddy allows you to carry the standard size tools you need in an organized, tough-nylon adjustable pouch that measures a large 15” wide by 8” high with a separate 8” long zippered compartment for smaller items. Works great for all powersports—ATVs, boats, motorcycles, snowmobiles, etc.

Tools Not Included

It’s simple—when you’re riding you either ride sitting down or standing up. In most cases you’ll be switching between the two.

Sit and Stand—both can be comfortable When sitting you want your bars high enough so that you can comfortably turn without the bars hitting your knees. Even if you are not that tall a 1” or 2” rise can put the bars at a much more comfortable position, making it easier to turn and improving your riding posture, which reduces fatigue.

When standing you don’t want to be hunched over to reach the bars. Your back will ache in a matter of minutes and you won’t have good control. You should be able to reach your bars when standing straight up with a slight bend in your knees.

When trails get bumpy or you go off the trail, standing will give you more comfort and control, but only if your bars are at the right height for stand-up riding. Standing can also be made easier by raising the back of your seat with a PowerMadd Seat Wedge. (Featured on page 15)

How High Can I Go? The best way to tell is to unbolt the top clamps on your handlebars and see how much slack you have in your cables. If you want your bars higher than your cables will allow, you can increase their length with our Snowmobile Throttle Cable Extensions and Extended Length Brake Lines. In order to get the right riser system, you will need to know if your snowmobile has either a flat-top steering post or a “T” style steering post as seen below.

Powerriser 325 & 475Introducing the new PowerRiser from PowerMadd. This one piece design offers superior strength at an unequaled price. The PowerRiser provides dual pivot points so you can position the riser front to back, while positioning your bars up and down for the perfect bar placement. The PowerRiser comes in two widths – 3.25” for snowmobiles as well as Can Am and Polaris ATVs, and 4.75” for ATVs and motorcycles. Pivot adapter KitThe Pivot Adapter turns your flat-top steering post into a “T” style post, allowing you to use Pivot Style Riser Blocks to raise your handlebars and pivot them forward or backward in order to gain maximum riding comfort. non-Pivot riser BlocksMade from extruded aluminum, our straight riser blocks are lightweight but strong enough for the toughest rider. Most snowmobiles can accept up to a 3” riser block with no modification to cables or wiring (some even higher). Simply unbolt your handlebars, lift them and the clamps up and insert the riser block. Use the provided longer bolts and re-clamp your bars at the new height.

Universal Bar risersNeed a little bump in bar height? We’ve got just what you need. Our Universal Bar Riser raises 7/8” bars either 1” (25mm) or 1.6” (40mm). The unique design of these

risers allows them to work on virtually any ATV, motorcycle—offroad and street—or snowmobile with 7/8” bars. Risers come with both metric and standard longer mounting bolts. Note—check your cable slack before purchase to determine how high you can raise your bars.

extended Length Snowmobile Brake LineRaising the bar just got easier! Riser blocks are great for getting your bars to the right height, but many times raising your bars over 4 inches requires a longer brake line. PowerMadd extended length performance brake lines replace your existing line. They are made of extra-tight braided stainless steel with a Teflon smooth bore liner. This reduces line expansion to almost zero, for a firm brake lever time after time. All lines have a protective coating consisting of a UV-resistant PVC clear coat.

The PowerBlock PM13599 offers two pivot positions for larger carbs and a two-piece design for easy installation and requires an Arctic Cat FireCat throttle lever.
