Task 1: Gather information: Literature review of research, practices,
legislation, Codes of Practice and available Data w.r.t. crashes,
vehicle numbers, demographics, etc.
Task 2: Identify gaps and discuss new research needs in specific-areas
Task 3: Understand research capability of partner institutions and assign
task to each university team
Task 4: Coordinate efforts in each sub-region among team
