Jakson is the only manufacturer in the country manufacturing a wide range of solar components and retail solar products. Jakson commissioned its first high precision module manufacturing line in January, 2016. Plans are underway to ramp up the capacity to 500 MW in 2017-18. The plant is capable of producing both mono and poly crystalline modules from 10Wp – 325Wp capacity. The plant is fully automated to ensure best quality. The manufacturing plant is located in Greater Noida, UP and is spread over 2 lakh square feet of manufacturing area. The plant is ISO:9000, ISO:14000 and OHSAS:18000 certified.

Our Solar Module mounting structure line is equipped with latest high precision machines like roll forming, power presses, power punchs, CNC press brake, MIG / ARC welding, Notching machines etc.

Our current capacity is to produce 8000 MT of MMS per annum, which is being enhanced to 80000 MT with addition of new high speed full CNC roll forming lines suitable for heavy duty tracker structure manufacturing. These machines will ensure high precision and consistent quality.

Jakson's Solar street light systems are designed to operate on solar as standalone or through common solar power plant to run cluster of lights. Available with different autonomy (back up) designs to provide cost effective & reliable solution as per customer needs. Easy to operate & maintain with efficient PV Modules/luminary & battery systems for a longer life. LED Lights are tested for more than 50,000 hrs. of operation.

Off Grid Power Packs  are  designed with battery backup system wherein solar energy is used to charge battery/feed load  during day time &  also  for running loads during evening hours/power cuts. Standard Combos are designed  so as to have backup of 4-5 hours at recommended loads. Power Pack includes  range of Solar PV Modules, Solar Off Grid PCU, Solar Battery &  module mounting structure  starting from 850 VA to 10 KVA in standard packages. Higher capacities are customized as per requirements. These are suitable for  those areas having erratic power cut  & also for areas having no Electricity supply.

Off Grid Solar Power Packs (150 Wp - 10 kWp)

With overall experience of more than 20 MW in rooftop projects, Jakson team of experts have designed standard packages for rooftop solar

power plants. On Grid system operates in synchronization with Grid/DG Supply & load is shared so that all of solar power is used while feeding the load. Only

shortfall in required power is taken from Grid/DG. In case load is less than solar power generated, then excess power can be exported to Grid using Net Meter.

These are optimum systems for areas where electricity supply is available or  the supply is maintained through DG set. Standard On Grid Power Packs include

Jakson offers wide range (10 Wp – 325 Wp) of Solar PV Modules manufactured using automatic line from Europe. These PV modules

are individually tested and matched for optimum performance having high efficiency upto 16.23%. They are IEC certified & also tested

under Indian conditions to give you a high level of safety and durability. They are designed to withstand harsh environmental

conditions ensuring a long life.

Smart Modules PV Module with inbuilt intelligenceThis product is first of its kind in India. Jakson's Smart Module is compact & rugged cost effective unique solar power solution which directly charges your existing inverter battery system using solar energy (12V or 24V). It is custom designed for Indian conditions using German Technology that charges battery during day time using solar energy with or without any Grid Power. It results in 30% power/cost saving.

Containerized Solar Generators are compact power units which are capable of delivering power at remote offsite areas. They are easily

transportable and re-deployable. Depending on the model, the units work independently or easily integrate with your DG and existing grid

power to give you clean, uninterrupted power anywhere, anytime of the day. Battery Bank can be customized to meet specific

requirement for each customer based on day & night time load.

Containerized Solar Generators(15 kW-30 kW)

Solar Generators are an ideal power backup for lighting load applications. They are sturdy and silent, making them perfect for outdoor use in residential/farm houses/High Mast Lights/Off site power requirements or small commercial applications. They come with the option of fixed and foldable structures (upto 1.5 KWp) and have inbuilt storage batteries that store surplus power which can be utilized during non-sunlight hours.

Solar Water Purifiers from Jakson combine the best of solar and water purification technologies to provide safe drinking water. Based on RO technology, these purifiers filter out harmful bacteria and other contaminants using naturally generated solar power. Using specially designed pump, it operates directly from solar under wide voltage range ensuring drinking water is available from early morning. So you get the convenience of clean water in an eco-friendly way even during power cuts. Option of operating from Grid during evening hours/non sunny days is also possible. System available in capacities of 20 lph/50 lph & 75 lph.
