13.4. All Spare Parts shall be new and unused in all cases.
The Purchaser reserves the right to purchase said parts directly from the Manufacturer or from another subcontractor.
The Contractor warrants that spare and renewal parts shall be available for at least ten (10) years after supplying of the CE. The Contractor guarantees that all the Spare Parts features will
be according to its catalogue and that the catalogue is periodically updated.
The Contractor shall give hereunder tree lists of recommended spare parts.
