The Request

Power Control requests a six month loan in the amount of $600,000 (six hundred thousand) USD.

Loan will be collateralized with company assets including its technology patents.

Power Control will pay interest plus a provide an equity component (TBD) in the parent company.

Use of Funds

Establish Utah assembly and training facility. Hire and train initial Utah facility technicians. Purchase parts inventory necessary for

assembly of units currently under purchase order or purchase option.

Conduct inspections and surveys for new orders.

Deliver and install first round of units.
