Potato Garden House is located in the Charlcombe

area of Bath, just minutes from all the local

amenities that Larkhall has to offer, yet borders

open countryside. Being on the north-east of the

city the commuting links to the M4 are fantastic with

J18 just a c.15 minutes away, the Bath Spa station

in the centre of Bath is also on a London

Paddington mainline. Local schools include St

Saviour’s and St Stephen’s for Primary aged

The accommodation itself is all arranged across
