A very individual property situated in fantastic location with elevated views across the city and the surrounding countryside. The property offers three bedrooms, open-plan living rooms, a detached
outbuilding and gated off-street parking for several vehicles all sat within gardens reaching to c.1/3 acre.
Potato Garden House is located in the Charlcombe
area of Bath, just minutes from all the local
amenities that Larkhall has to offer, yet borders
open countryside. Being on the north-east of the
city the commuting links to the M4 are fantastic with
J18 just a c.15 minutes away, the Bath Spa station
in the centre of Bath is also on a London
Paddington mainline. Local schools include St
Saviour’s and St Stephen’s for Primary aged
children while St Marks, Kingswood School and the
Royal High School are all within a couple of
minutes from the house.
The accommodation itself is all arranged across
