Dear Colleagues, We would like to invite you to participate in the poster competition organized by Octaphi Operations Management Club. This event is open for all JGU students. The theme of the event is to display the futuristic thought on green supply chain on topics described in the guideline in a poster form. This poster should be able to describe the “Supply Chain: Perspective in 2025”. All participants need to display their posters for evaluation. The first and second winning team will receive a cash prize of Rs.1500 and Rs.750 respectively. All participants will receive participation certificate. We look for your enthusiastic participation!! 1. Maximum two people per team can register for the competition. 2. The team can be comprised of two members from any school. 3. The event starts on 09 August, 2012 and ends on 16 August, 2012. 4. Registration for participation is free of charge. However, the participant needs to fill the

registration form and submit it till 11.59 pm on 09 August 2012. 5. Participation need to submit a general form of poster showing the Green way of forming a supply

chain on the following topics: a. Automotive sector (4-Wheeler Car Segment) b. Paper Industry c. Water Management

6. The size of the poster must be only A3 size 7. The e-copy of the poster should be mailed to: [email protected] on or before 16th August, 2012.

It must be sent in .pdf (or) .jpeg format. 8. Nomenclature for file name: Schoolname_TeamName 9. The dead line for submission the poster is 11:59 PM on 16 August, 2012. 10. The presenting author should be present during the poster presentation. Day and timing for

presentation would be notified later 11. The faculty of JGU would do the assessment for the poster. 12. The results will be announced on 17 August 2012. 13. The full list of Selected posters will be put up on: Octaphi Facebook page 14. Two cash prizes will be awarded. The first prize is for Rs.1, 500 and the second prize is Rs.750. All

participants will receive a certificate of participation.
