1. Tổng quan ngành gỗ và EVFTA- Việt Nam xuất đi EU các sản phẩm gỗ gồm HS 44 và HS 94 tổng đi thế giới

16,086,941 ,000 USD trong đó giá trị xuất đi EU là: 1,592,520,000 USD (2019)- Với Hiệp định EVFTA, phần lớn các mặt hàng mã HS94 (chiếm 83% lượng hàng xuất

đi châu Âu )hiện đang được áp thuế GSP 0%, sau EVFTA vẫn thuộc nhóm A (0%)- Nhóm hàng mã HS 44 sẽ thuộc nhóm B3, B5 có thuế suất giảm dần về 0%

• A : thuế quan được xóa bỏ, về 0% ngay khi Hiệp Định có hiệu lực• B3 : -3%/năm, thuế được giảm dần đều trong vòng 4 năm kể từ ngày Hiệp định có hiệu lực, từ mức cơ sở
