The Business CaImittee reviewed the records from Pamela Biddell and the Oneida

Housing Authority.

After the review of the records, Rick IIDVed to concur with the decision ofthe Oneida Housing Authority and that the appeal from paIrf.la Biddell to theOneida Business OJIIIIJittee be denied ar1 the following grounds:

1.

The Housing Authority followed proper procedures for termination;

2. Panela Biddell failed to exhaust her remedies with the P.ousing Authorityby not eA.-pediting the Executive Director's decision within ten (10) daysto the Oneida l-iousing Authority. !

The Executive Director can still work out a payn-ent plan with the tenant,holding in obeyance the order to terminate provided the tenant adhere to thepayment sdhedule. Tony seconded. Mbtion carried.
