bachelor’s degree and has published at least one (1)

index journal article in Web of Science.

The candidate obtained strong recommendation from

supervisor

The application is forwarded in the second semester of studies or between 9 to 18

months of study programme

The application can be submitted once only.

Appeal for re-evaluation can be done only once not
