Hounslow Heath Primary

School. We might choose

this because it is linked

to innocence and youth.

It has a good walk way to

the school’s entrance.

Heston Grave Yard is

scary. It may put people

off going there as it is

linked to death. It will

be good for scenes

during both the day and

night.

Esso Petrol Station could be a

scary location during the

evening and night as the main

shop is normally closed and

there is normally only one

person at the window. This

shows isolation and may

reflect a sinister atmosphere.

Heston Shops has

connotations of where

gangs hang out so may be

deemed dangerous. It is

also close to Heston pools

a popular place for the

youth to hang out.

Fullstone Close is a T Road,

has a dead end, and is a

possible location to end a

chase scene it. It would

create a tense atmosphere.

Hounslow West is busy

during both the day and

night. It is a quite a run

down area and can get

very busy as Hounslow

West Station is at it’s

center.

St Lennords Church is a

holy and peaceful place

however it can also be

associated with negativity

as it is linked to death

(funerals).

A path leading to a council

estate could be linked to

stabbings and murders

therefore is a daunting

location during the

evening/night, however is

not as threatening in the

day.

Osterley Parade local village

shops including a cafe, local

shop, laundrette and a

Chinese take away nothing

special

A bridge- good for escaping

scenes, London trams

running under the bridge.

Could be an intimidating

place at night.

Osterley Park entrance-

looks good during the day

at night could be very

intimidating

Inside Osterley Park- very

green and rural area

may be used for

peaceful scenes

Hounslow central station-

can get very busy at peak

times, opposite a parade

of shops

Heston Library and pools

– a common place for

youths to hang out in

there spare time next

to some shops and a

popular fish and chip

shop

Dean Avenue- a normal

road in London could be

used for the victims home

Norwood Green- also a

normal road in London

also to be used as the

victims home but this is

a little bigger and

contains strips of grass.

Osterley park 1/2- a long

walk way into the main park

on both sides there are

fields which contain cattle.

This location is peaceful and

is often used by dog walkers,

joggers and families as its a

popular location to have

picnics, When its nice

weather during holidays and

weekends it can get very

packed.

Norwood Green The Glen- A

road with greenery in the

centre quite a peaceful area

may be classified as a

private road

Turning into The Glen- a

range of shots can be

used here including high

angle shots, low angle

shots, and long shots.

A small green island with

roads around it- this

could be used for an

entrance scene or maybe

an exit the corner is also

hidden by shrubs a good

hiding spot.

A straight road- this could

be used for an

entrance scene or

maybe an exit a good

location to use a long

shot

Hounslow west train station-

surrounded by a number of

restaurants and shops is a

run down area but is also a

very busy area

Osterley train station- is in a

quite area has a main road

nearby (great west road)

has a very big car park

and an underground

railway which can be used

for scary scenes
