POSEIDON 30 x 14 m MODULAR JACK-UP BARGE

POSEIDON is honored to present its latest modular jack-up barge to its clients. We have designed this barge for our client in Azerbaijan (ADO-G) and the constructed is finalized in July – 2011. The system tests have been finalized and now the system started working. The structural modeling and tests are done by Istanbul Technical University and the design is approved by Turkish Lloyd. 30 x 14 x 2.2 m Self Elevating Jack-up Barge:

Sectional Barge Sub-Blocks:

There are 3 size of sub-blocks (6 m, 9 m and 12m). Each blocks have a standard beam of 2.348 m and a height of 2.390 m which helps these blocks to be transported by sea, road and railway. By joining these blocks you can have various size of floating barges. For joining these blocks we have designed and started the manufacturing of the “Jack Connectors” shown below. Our designs are approved by Istanbul Technical University and Turkish Lloyd. We have designed 2 types of jack connector systems to join the blocks shown below.
