VOLUME EXPLORATIONS

The sun path diagram shows the movement of sun

from East to West. The spaces are located

according to the movement of the sun. On the

ground floor the south side has the guest bedroom

which remains unused most of the time. Also the

kitchen and the dining are placed on the East side

which gets only the morning sun.

On the first floor, the sibling`s bedroom is placed

in the South side as he leaves for the tuition

classes and the room remains unused throughout

the day. Also the family lounge is placed on the

East side which gets morning sun and also it will

be used only in the evening hours.
