With such circumstances, they experienced tremendous growth of paper-based documents in their internal departments. They are lacking of empty space to store the documents, and they are facing a hard time just to find the right document in their piles of documents. They were challenged to fix the issue right away, since the paper-based documents’ distribution are overwhelming and considered is not efficient anymore.
