2. MISSION STATEMENT 1. Who are we? We are living in a chaos time; price of goods and services is negative to salary. The quality goods and luxury service are a dream with people. However, we shall help dream become true, we committee to give the quality products and services with preference price: not afraid to spend money on eating, not worry about price to have fun, shopping, spa, travelling with low price We are shock price groups and our slogan is more promotion, more fun" 2. Who are our customers? Everybody also is our customer from infants to elders: Pupils and students: eating, playing, books, stories, etc. Office staffs: beauty service, shopping...etc. Home workers: shopping etc Tour travel 3. Why are we unique? We are the first group in that field. We want to buy goods and service with low price but quality. 3. ACTION PLAN 1. What is the general problem or area of concern? Each kind of business also has at least a competitor; they always are one of the biggest problems of companies strategic planning. They have a certain position in percentage of market share and number of customers. With advantage of economic condition, there is more competitors to enter the market, it also mean that we have more problem in keeping percentage of market share. 2. What is the specific problem? Big Brother cooperation is our biggest competitor; they include 30 percent of market share and a large number of customer. They also have the big suppliers to provide goods and services and the dense appearance in mass media as we have. Their goods and services also are diversity to attract customers. Moreover, they are having ambition to expend their percentage of market share. By reliability information, I confirm they are having planning to subvert our dominant position. I am very concerned that problem because they are doing the first step in their strategic plan. 3. How are you addressing the problem? Viet Nam is really lucrative market for us and other competitors so there were many competitors since we have built the background in that market. We and Big Brother cooperation include 70 percent of market share and 30 percent of market share belong to other competitors. Many competitors also have decreasing the percentage of market share, if we can 4. cooperate to the small competitor; we are the number one in Viet Nams market. It demands the long and depth strategic plan 4. Which solution will you implement first? The small companies will never merger to us if they dont have any problem. It is lucky that we find Apple Company and Millu Company have finance problem, they will sell their companies if we give them some good conditions. I send Nguyen Quoc Bao, CFO and some layers to their company to negotiate conditions in contract. After a week, they will give me the last conditions in contract 5. When will you implement you solution? When I have good contract to buying two companies, I will reform the function of two companies and take them to action. 6. When will problem be solving? I intended at 31, December we will have the first benefit to two companies. 5. JOB DESCRIPTIONS 1. Job Summary Apply principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports by compiling information, preparing profit and loss statements, and utilizing appropriate accounting control procedures. 3. Relationships Inside: friendly with all employees, honest in each transaction Outside: honest, objective. 4. Responsibilities and Duties Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports. 6. Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions. Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures. Analyze and review budgets and expenditures for local, state, federal, and private funding, contracts, and grants. Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness. Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents. Analyze revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control. Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients. Resolve accounting discrepancies. Recommend, develop and maintain financial data bases, computer software systems and manual filing systems. Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company's automated financial systems. Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits. Other duties are as assigned. Develop the annual operating budget and consult with departmental management on the fiscal aspects of program planning, salary recommendations, and other administrative actions. Responsibility: - Provide measures and methods to improve human resource management. - To address issues arising within the scope of work. - To arrange the transfer of personnel in the block. - Review staff for awards - fine. How I will reach my goal? To carry out recruitment in a first quarter include: record review and interview. 9. Coordinate with the foreign experts within a week to train human resources professional Sort the department staff on appropriate Report the results after a first quarter operating activities. Send the head of the department as chief marketing officer, chief administration of foreign personnel to specialized training in order to serve for company. Prepare project management team should include 5-7 people to gather information about the company's employees. How I will reach my goal? Build marketing strategy There are many creative ideas, thinking and analytical synthesis. Organizing and implementing the promotions, advertising, image enhancement, brand development. Branding, market analysis, competitive products and services, branding and promotion of specific media marketing such as Slogan, video clips, scripts, publications, brochures, email marketing to perform editing operations, writing, reporting in Vietnamese and English to be posted on the mass media, Web site and newsletter. Brand Management: To ensure uniformity, consistency and easy identification of the brand . Public relationship is used to build relationships with employees, customers, investors, voters, or the public in general Perform customer service activities: building a database of customer inquiries and resolve complaints from customers, perform customer care program. STRATEGIC PLAN Who am I now? I am Nguyen Thi Thuy Oanh, V.R controller of our company. I run company to achieve the best profit How I will reach my goal? Each company also desire to have good managers to run company. They are the key to define the success of company so each manager needs 3 basics skills to finish their mission and I am not exception. Technical skill: the skill demands finance skill, drafting contract, human resource skill, etc, the skill is total skill of departments. Human skill: managers are sensitive to humans needs and engine so they can evaluate the possible reaction which people can do. Besides, the skill helps build the good work environment throughout encouraging skill and conviction skill. Cognitive skill: the ability is to cover the business as a whole and analyze the general sense, related to the strategic vision manager. My goal I always want to give timely and exactly decision and limited the lowest wrong decision and wrong management. I will try to manage fluently departments and employees to achieve the best performance 12. STRATEGIC PLAN Who I am now? Nguyen Quynh Loan: Customer Service Manager How I will reach my goal? Customer service managers deal with customer on a daily basic. This includes all customers, even the rowdy ones who want something for nothing. Good customer service managers know how to keep all customers happy and diffuse potentially volatile situations. In addition, customer service managers must be listened and critique record conversations for purpose of improving customer skills and promote team work, call center success. Moreover, CSM should be recognized and managed assertive customer calls, knowledge of products and the last, CSM communicate clearly and effectively with participants. Goal: The customer service manager is responsible for meeting goals in customer service and increasing the store's rating in customer service, putting customers first, and achieving positive feelings about the store or branch by the general public. Provide quality customer service on every call. STRATEGIC PLAN Who I am now? Nguyen Quoc Bao - Chief Financial Officer, (CFO) 13. How I will reach the goal The CFO should have basic knowledge: At least, CFO need understand all operations of the account system, then tracking information for the financial system. All information that financial system obtain is from "accounting information system", then transfer the accounting information system to "Financial Information System". Financial Information System" will be the basis for decisions of CFO. In addition, the CFO must master the scientific analysis and scientific management. That is to approach to subjects such as assessment, quantitative, statistics. Since the incoming of which, combined with the operational work to make the end result is a report on the financial and strategic financial planning and implementation of financial strategies. Goal My goal is managing finance such as researching, analyzing and settling financial relationships in organization and building financial plans. Exploiting and using the capital effectively. Especially, warning of risks to organization through financial analyses and giving reliable forecasts in the future.
