Le projet pour cette école d’une sur-face de 6000 m2 inclue des salles de cours, des ateliers de boulangerie et pâtisserie, des locaux dédiés à infor-matique, des boutiques, un gymnase et un centre documentaire.

Le projet, qui s’articule autour de deux bâtiments principaux avec le gymnase au mileu, respecte l’ensem-ble de l’îlot et la ville.

Le projet vise à dynamiser la vie des étudiants au l’interieur de bâtiment.

Le projet se situe dans une parcelle irrégulière qui traverse l’îlot. Il etait donc essentiel de chercher un moyen harmonieux d’implanter le bâtiment dans son environnement.

En conséquence, le gymnase avec la terrace en toiture est mis au centre et les salles de cours sont aux deux extrémités séparées pour réduire la gêne olfactive.

L’intention de l’entrée est de créer des vues interactives entre les coursives, les esca-liers, l’ascenseur, le terrace, le gymnase et le hall.

Le projet a regroupé dans un seul bâtiment 18 familles qui vivent dans des maisons situées dans la campagne. L’objetif de la conception est de rappeler les paysages d’origine des maisons des familles en utilisant le langage architectur-al. Ensuite on a pris en compte le mode de vie naturelle à la campagne, autre-ment dit, la cohabitation humain-vegetal, humain-animal.

Les paysages simplistes aux formes géométriques sont rappelés sur les façades avec un langage architectural, le relief de colline, les ombres des feuilles, la forme de rocher etc. Une salle exposi-tion, un atelier d’artistes et une salle de musique ont été créés sur la façade côté rue.

LA REHABILISATION DE SOUS-MARIN (concours)ÎLE DE PURIFICATION DE L’EAU

As a weapon of 20th century Cold War, it presents perfectly this period, silent, restless and oppressed. The project is not only to reorganize the space and to program some new functions, but also to give a new significance to its existence. Thus, we try to connect it to our environment, which is one of the most consid-ered questions today. Finally ‘water friendly’ becomes the key word of the project, by thinking of the prop-erties of the submarine. The two main tubes are supposed to be a water purification factory, equipped with a system of Nano filtration which is simply and efficient. It doesn’t need much place that makes it possible to install in the central city. Above the submarine, a garden with a square, a theatre and a restaurant is created in order to integrate it into city by proposing public activities. So the weapon is no longer a product of cold war, it becomes an ecological island where we can take a rest and get drinking water.
