WELCOME TO MY PORTFOLIO.
My name is Manou Molosa, I’m a Content Manager, Social Media Specialist, & a Key Speaker.
I’m Bilingual both in English and French; passionate about marketing and I’m fan of Advertising.
My passion for languages, and cultures led me to travel around the world in order to diversify
my educational and work background.
I spend my days thinking about how to build brands and dreaming up ideas that I turn into
global integrated campaigns for companies across multiple channels.
I’m constantly keeping in touch on last trends, particularly with subscription to
BIZCOMMUNITY, advantage & Advertising Age magazine and program.
My professional goal is to join a team where I can obtain a position in order to build the
brand and the status of the company.
When you live in the world of Ad-Marketing-Communication, opportunities have no limits.

The first aim of any business is to be known amongst their target audience. This is no
different for online businesses that strive to shine out amidst billions of sites. Online
businesses aim to market their site in several different manners to gain them more
customers and business. One such marketing technique is social media marketing.
Social media is a term that defines marketing that is done via social networks,
such as online communities, networks, blogs and many other marketing tools to raise
awareness amongst their potential clients. These sites are used to publicize, make sales,
create connections between the business and target market, and to handle customer
service. Some common tools used to perform social media marketing are Twitter,
Facebook, LinkedIn, Flickr, Pinterest, and YouTube.
The three main aspects of social media to marketing are firstly, it creates a buzz
and attracts readers with catchy and impressive messages. This buzz spreads through
the Internet through contact between users who in turn pass it on to their own contacts.
Within moments, these messages spread like wild fire.
Another aspect is that it gathers all fans of a brand or company together and
allows them to interact with one another, create an identity and communicate their
interest for this brand or set of products. It is also based on online conversations that cater
around the business, and brings together current and potential customers. Their loyalty would
also in turn promote one’s brand and raise awareness amongst other possible clients.
In conclusion, Social media marketing is an addition to personal, small business, corporate, and
non-profit organizations’ integrated marketing communications plan.
Social media hence the hence the ability to play a huge hand in this shift of ideologies and
changing the rules of traditional media.

We attended the Ogilvy Open day in Johannesburg (South Africa) at its
head office in order to understand how to win an award of this calibre. As David Ogilvy, founder of
Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide said: A CREATIVE ADVERTISING ALWAYS SELL.
We found out the secret during the Open day: in fact it’s all about the BIG IDEA.
David Ogilvy was more inflexible as an advocate of fertile inventiveness. “Unless your campaign
contains a Big Idea, he said it will pass like a ship in the night. In the modern world of business it
is useless to be creative unless you can sell what you create”.
Ogilvy & Mather still the number one ad agency in South Africa and in the African continent; one of

Ok well said! There are only those who don’t win awards who are the
ones who criticize. Getting an award is the way to get recognition in
the industry.

Advertising.
