As a child my goal in life was to become one of three things; a boxer, a chef or a hairdresser. I am very proud to say I became a hairdresser. My vocation came from my family as

both my mother and uncle were hairdressers, so I was interested from a very young age. I have been taught by some of the greatest hairdressers in Europe, who have inspired me to strive to become the best I can possibly be. I am creative and have good instinct and originality. I am at home with classic and contemporary styling, with a flair for both cutting and colour. My time at Sassoon has inspired me further to become not just a good, but, hopefully a great hairdresser.

exPerience

2011- Present Director and Colour Technician at Rush, LondonA busy salon where I have the opportunity to do cuts and colour daily for some very stylish clients. I am developing the “ABC” techniques I learnt during my course at Sassoon. My clients are extremely loyal; which I believe is testament to the Sassoon training.

01.2011-03.2011 Sassoon AcademyAt the Sassoon Academy we were taught leading edge techniques essential for anybody who wants to be a hairdresser. I learnt the “ABC” of Cutting Hair The Sassoon Way. This education has given me the key to any haircut. For the first time I heard about silhouette,suitability, body and face structure. The attention to detail I learnt has been key to my current technique which I am still developing to be as good as it can possibly be.

2009-2011 Stylist and Technician Colourist at Ginger Group, EalingMy first salon in London and my first opportunity to work with the large variety of hair types and structures you find in such a multicultural city. Coupled with my training at the L’Oreal Academy, Ginger was a great opportunity for me to use the more adventurous hair styling techniques in the UK.

2007-2009 Stylist at Alfredo Rubertelli, MilanOne of the best salons in Milan, where I was taught by the hugely respected Rubertelli. It was he who encouraged me to come to London to develop my skills.

2005-2006 Stylist at Aldo Coppola, Duomo, MilanI was proud to be accepted as a stylist at one of the best known salons in Milan, visited by some of the most stylish and fashionable clients in the city. I developed my skills cutting classic Italian styles.
