Product development intern- White House|Black Market; Fort Myers, Fl, fall 2012 Assisted the sportswear and denim teams in the development of garment samples for upcoming seasons. Formatted and maintained communication charts used by all facets of the design process. Worked with head designers to develop technical flats and tech packs. Participated in meetings with all levels of the company, from international vendors to the WHBM brand president.
Technical design intern- Cintas corporate headquarters; Mason, OH, spring 2012Prepared and conducted fittings for garments in different stages of production. Created reports analyzing garment construction. Assisted in pattern making for new products using Gerber Pattern Design software. Presented research on trends and new design concepts.
Lifeguard and swim lesson instructor- Mayerson JCC; Cincinnati, OH 2008- 2011Primary duties included maintaining watch over patrons and teaching swim lessonsto students ages 2 to14. Other responsibilities included cleaning and maintaining facility,managing guard rotation and coordinating client schedules.

“See Me” is a mega trend whichincorporates a variety of transparent textiles and neutral color ways.
Technical flats: Drawn using illustrator. All drawings were used in Cintas’s tech packs and sent to factories for production.

Red dress project: inspiration drawn from vintage, patriotic spirit. These American classics such as denim, Coca Cola, and the colors of the flag set the mood for the perfect summertime dress.
•Hidden elastic in back of straps to allow easy on and off, giving the child more
independance.
•Decorative rope accents through out draw ties to the nautical theme.
•Spacious patch pocket on chest and diagonal pockets allow plenty of room for kids to store goodies.
•Cuff at leg bottom allows overalls to be worn at dif ferent lengths to suit a growing child or siblings of dif ferent heights.
